Graduates in the law profession earn degrees of juris doctor and must pass the bar exam of the state they want to work in.
If you want to assist in the legal profession you must have a certificate or associate degree to equip you for top research in corporate law departments, law firms or government agencies. For anyone to work as a secretary in the legal profession, she must study how to do it at business schools with a law focus. This helps them to learn how to file summons, subpoenas and complaints.
The law firms rely more on assistants and paralegal professionals. They help them to do researches and prepare duties to be handled by the attorneys. This has made the Bureau of Labor Statistics support this trend. Many people are expected to train as there will be many job openings.
