Graduates of Sparks' Medical Transcription program receive hands-on training using actual recordings of medical professionals in actual medical settings. This training is further intensified by an internship in a local hospital or doctor's office.
Medical Transcription-52 weeks
This program will prepare a student for a career as a medical transcriptionist. Students completing this program will have the basic knowledge, understanding and skill required to transcribe medical dictation with accuracy, clarity and timeliness. Professional and ethical conduct will be emphasized.
